How to become a member

To become a member, your organization must first register by completing the Membership Registration Form -- the form may be found by clicking here.

Membership Includes:

• Three (3) free email accounts. One (1) organization email account and two contact persons’ email accounts.
• Access to create a client referral or patient specialty request to send via email to another organization.
• Access to an Administrator’s portfolio to Create/Edit an Organizational Profile
• Access to an Administrator’s portfolio to Create/Edit News Articles and Events pertaining to your Organization
• Access to an Administrator’s portfolio to Create/Edit Calendar Meetings pertaining to your Organization
• Email notification of important functions within the Vital Family Network community.
