Welcome to the Vital Interagency Technological Access Links for Families Network (VFNet) -- a consortium of more than 50 organizations located in the southeastern region of Los Angeles County. This effort is funded by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) through the County of Los Angeles.

VFNet embraces the true spirit of collaboration as its guiding torch. Lead agency Helpline Youth Counseling, Inc. and the coordinated energy of an 18-member Oversight Committee have spearheaded the effort by initially linking 50 partner organizations to the VFNet website. As a resource and referral driven service delivery system, VFNet has been planned and implemented to vastly improve communication and accessibility of services to the residents of our communities.
